• Your name and work email address
• Your brand name or website
• Your product category and approximate monthly budget
• The services you are interested in and your message
• Your WeChat ID, if you choose to share it, and your preferred contact method

We also receive limited technical information automatically from our hosting provider, such as your IP address, browser type, referring page and the date and time of your visit. This is used for site security and basic diagnostics.

We do not currently run advertising trackers or sell personal information. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent.

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond, maintain a business relationship and meet legal or accounting requirements. If we do not work together, we generally delete or de-identify inquiry information within 24 months. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No website or email transmission is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal, financial or confidential information through the inquiry form.
